REIA PNG members are expected to conduct their business honestly, fairly and professionally. Members should act in the legitimate interests of clients, deal honestly with buyers, sellers, landlords and tenants, provide accurate information, avoid misleading representations, disclose relevant conflicts, protect confidential information, keep proper transaction and client-fund records, follow lawful instructions and written agreements, treat all parties with courtesy and maintain appropriate professional competence.
